Merry-go-round is a social enterprise supporting Glasgow families with their second-hand shop, events, and support packs, working closely with other Glasgow-based charities. Join us for a volunteering day to help them provide vital support to those who need it! You can find out more about the charity on their website here.
On Wednesday 5th February (10am-3pm) during our volunteering day we will be based in the Merry-go-round Shawlands Donations Hub, where we will be helping to sort, size and organise the donations of cute baby clothes and textiles in order to recycle and reuse them.
There is a limited number of places available for this event, so please make sure to click 'apply' and follow the instructions to secure your place at the event. More detailed information regarding the arrangements for the day will be shared with ticket holders closer to the time of the event.
Unfortunately the space is not wheelchair accessible but if you've got any questions about accessibility of the event or would require any disability accommodations please get in touch.
For any questions about the event please contact Strath Union Volunteering Coordinator at rinna.vare@strath.ac.uk.
