Strath Union is led by students, for students.

What happens during Elections?

Strathclyde students elect officers through our Autumn and Spring Elections. These officers then campaign on issues which affect students both within the University and outside of it.

All registered students at the University of Strathclyde are eligible to stand and vote in Strathclyde Students’ Union elections. For postions other than sabbatical roles, candidates must have a programme end date of at least 9 months from the close of nominations.
