We Can Access is a website where people with disabilities, their families and carers can find support, share ideas and discover ways to access the world around them.
Students, we challenge you!
How would you make your subject more accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities, who are neurodiverse or have other access needs?
WeCanAccess has teamed up with Disability Review Magazine to challenge university students to write articles that will inspire better inclusion and accessibility.
In no more than 1000 words tell us:
a. how accessibility and inclusion could be embedded into your subject area at university, OR
b. how accessibility and inclusion could be embedded into your future careers, OR
c. examples of inclusive best practice that you have experienced at university.
The winning article and author will be featured in Disability Review Magazine Summer 2021!
All shortlisted articles will be published on the WeCanAccess Blog space.
Closing date is 1st March 2021
