Give a little time to Guide Dogs and make a big difference to someone's life.

Our ambition is a future where every person with sight loss has the confidence and support they need to live their lives to the full. We are aiming to reach and support many more individuals over the next few years, from 200,000 people today, to 500,000 by 2023. We are keen to diversify our volunteers, and attract younger volunteers, such as as a student population. Volunteering for Guide Dogs is rewarding and will offer skill development to increase employability and add to your CV.

Our volunteers can transform the lives of people living with sight loss, whether it is raising our puppies, sighted guiding, collecting funds or cheering on our event participants. There really is something for everyone!

We recognise the extraordinary efforts of all of our volunteers and we're really proud to have achieved the Investing in Volunteers accreditation for good practice in volunteer management.

We know that without our volunteers, our charity could not continue its life changing work.

We need your help.
