Neurodiversity Celebration Week is an annual event that celebrates and raises awareness for the neurodiverse community.
The aim of the week is to promote the idea that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other conditions, should be recognized and valued as part of human diversity, rather than being stigmatized or seen as a problem to be fixed. As well as celebrating the strengths and unique perspectives of neurodivergent individuals, and to educate the public about the challenges that they may face.
There are a range of events and activities happening, such as talks, workshops, and social gatherings, that are designed to foster understanding, acceptance, and support for the neurodiverse community.
