We recognise these activities do not fall under the auspices of official ‘sports club’ activity and have been organised through external Tour Operators, such as NUCO Travel, Outgoing, ILoveTour etc.
The Sports Union, Students Association or University do not take responsibility for the organisation, planning and safety of trips organised externally from established frameworks (see USSU Tours Policy), however we recognise safety is paramount to the wellbeing of individuals taking part and have developed ‘Keeping Safe Abroad’ guidelines for groups travelling outwith Scotland during this time.
Topics Covered:
- Passports, Visas and Travel Insurance
- European Health Insurance Card
- Risk Assessment
- Individuals Responsibilities
