About Us

Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, flexible, easy-to-play game and perfect for anyone looking to try a new sport.

Our club goes by the name 'The Dark Horses', and currently has some 40 active members and is open to all those who wish to join.

We run an outdoor mixed session from 3:00pm on Wednesdays at Glasgow Green and an indoor mixed session from 6:00pm at Strathclyde Sport. 

For anyone interested in participating at a competitive level, The Dark Horses are involved in BUCS Leagues which consist of one men's team, and one women's team.  A number of tournaments are held both regionally and nationally at both fun and competitive levels, in men's/women's/mixed team formats. Currently, we hold three national titles from the 22/23 season and the men’s team currently holds a BUCS championship title for 23/24 indoor season!!! 

Not fancying competitive level? Don’t worry as Ultimate Frisbee has other non-competitive tournaments throughout the year that anyone can join.
