About Us

At Strath Canoe, we offer a fun, inclusive and inexpensive way to get into kayaking. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have a bomber roll, we have trips and activities for everyone.

We run weekly pool sessions at the Strathclyde Sports centre, where you can practice your skills in warm water, and aim to run regular river trips and weekends away. These will take you to the wildest and most picturesque parts of Scotland, where you can navigate whitewater rapids. We also do freestyle, canoe polo, and take part in BUCS competitions all over the UK!

All the kit you need will be provided, so all you need to do is show up!! Come and try kayaking out at one of our taster sessions, or any of our pool sessions throughout the year.

River trip 1st of February: 1st February; River Trip: 1st of February. You must have attended one pool session and done a swim test and wet exit! Please read full description! No Refunds or exchanges under any circumstances! If you buy the wrong ticket it will be cancelled!
