The University are looking for telethon callers
The University are looking for telethon callers to take part in our annual telethon campaign, making friendly conversation with graduates about their careers and the University! Callers will learn and talk about the importance of the Alumni Fund to help raise support and donations for projects around the University. The money we raise will allow students, like you, to really benefit from their time here at Strathclyde. Callers will earn £8.75 per hour so expect to earn over £550 (averaging three shifts per week) in just six weeks. There will also be various small prizes to win throughout your employment, chance to play games and we are also known to order in pizza at the weekend! Don’t worry if you don’t have any fundraising experience, full training will be provided! Key Dates Training weekend - Saturday 2nd February and Sunday 3rd February 2019 Campaign dates - 4th February to the 17th March 2019. Shift Times Weekday shifts 6.30pm – 9.30pm Saturday shift 10am – 5pm Sunday shift 3pm – 8pm Please note training weekend is mandatory and callers will need to work a minimum of 2 week day shifts and 1 weekend shift.
