Details

We are looking for a caring, responsible and fun Au Pair/nanny to help care for our 5-year-old twins (one boy and one girl). We would like someone to start between July and August 2025.

The role would perfectly suit a student because working hours are before and after classes and we are offering free accommodation. The role is open to any student with experience of caring for young children (through babysitting, nannying etc.).

The role involves caring for two 5-year-olds before and after school, while the children’s parents are working.  It requires getting the children ready for school, drop off and pick up from a local bus stop, helping with homework, preparing dinner, and managing bedtime.

School drop-off is at 8.10 and we are based in Pollockshields so it would be possible to travel to the city centre or west end by 9/9.30.

We offer free accommodation adjoining the main house with its own kitchenette, bathroom, living area, and a separate entrance from the main house. The house is currently being renovated so the accommodation will be in excellent condition.  Living-in is not essential – it is offered due to the working hours.

For a live-in nanny, we pay UK minimum wage. If the applicant is not living-in, we pay £15/hour.

A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
