Rate

Salary will range from £12-£12.95 per hour (paid 4 weekly) along with 28 days annual leave.

Hours

You will be expected to work increased hours during school holidays.

Details

Working with children, young people and adults affected by disability enabling and supporting the people you work with to live as full and independent life as possible. You will work across all service provision. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet individual needs of all service users meeting their expectations. You will be expected to complete care plans and trackers, therefore, you will require excellent communication and administration skills.  You will be required to speak with families and carers keeping them up to date after each session. You will be expected to work within the after school care setting, which includes school holidays and in service days. You will also be expected to work with our disabled adult groups in the evening from 6pm until 9pm. We are committed to the safeguarding and welfare of all our service users and we use a thorough and rigorous recruitment and selection process including PVG Scheme and reference checks to ensure this commitment is not compromised.
