In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider team across some of our biggest clients. Creative and ideas-driven, you’ll provide a digital content service, working with colleagues to deliver effective content and social solutions for our clients.
Preferably a marketing graduate, your enthusiasm for social will mean you’re on top of the latest trends to maximise the impact of your content. You’ll be confident at video editing in-platform and on Canva, After Effects or other editing software. Some experience of working on website content management systems would be an advantage.
You’ll join a friendly agency team working with clients from a wide range of industries including property marketing. Super-organised, you’ll be big on detail with excellent time-management and communication skills.

Key accountabilities: ? To deliver professional digital content for use on social and other platforms as briefed. This will include filming reels and editing of raw footage. ? Collaborate with colleagues to deliver specific content for each of our clients. ? Maximise engagement with your marketing content. ? Share insights on competitor marketing content with the wider team. ? Develop Whitewall Marketing’s social presence across all channels ? Work with colleagues, clients and third-party partners to determine and solve campaign objectives. ? Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter. ? Advise on the visual design of social posts briefed in by colleagues. ? Track and record digital campaign performance and effectiveness, adjusting to improve where necessary by taking a test & learn approach. ? Monitor digital engagement metrics as required and take a test & learn approach. ? Pro-actively contribute to client digital marketing through sharing insights and performance stats. ? Be the first point of contact for your own clients. ? Research and write content, working with our in-house copy team. ? Support other departments, team members and roles to provide cover when required. ? Any other duties as reasonably requested by the management team and other colleagues.

Qualifications & experience: ? Strong social media experience and knowledge. ? Content creation and video editing skills such as After Effects and Canva. ? Outstanding social media and video production skills ? Strong IT skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ? An awareness of SEO and best practices would be an advantage. ? Excellent organisational and time-management abilities ? High degree of computer literacy ? Capable of managing multiple competing priorities ? An understanding of impactful marketing tactics
