The 5 student members will be asked to contribute to the working group and project work that comes from it. This could include producing materials, providing feedback, drafting guidance, developing policies, contributing to reports etc.

The aim of this group is to inform the University’s direction and activity around the use of Generative AI when it comes to learning, teaching and assessment. To do this it will identify areas of work, based off good practice in the University and broader university sector, and implement short- and medium-term actions.

We are looking for students who have an interest in Generative AI and are willing and enthusiastic about engaging in this work. A technical understanding of Generative AI is not necessary as we are looking for a range of student perspectives.
