Job Description
Reports To: Coffee and Retail Manager
Pay: £11-12 per hour depending on experience
Hours of work: minimum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday cover)
Contract Type: Permanent

Role responsibilities
1. Set and ensure a high quality of service and customer care
2. Monitor stocking of food & beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained
3. Delivery of front facing hospitality
4. Resolve customer complaints promptly and deal with all complaints holistically.
5. Oversee the preparation of food and beverage and ensure quality of product served
6. Maintain a fun and safe atmosphere for students and staff
7. Key holder responsibility
8. Assist store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards and team members adhere to meal and break policy.
9. Establish effective and positive communication amongst all team members.
