theGIST is a science communication organisation run by students at the University of Strathclyde, University of Glasgow, and Glasgow Caledonian University.
theGIST regularly publish articles, videos, and podcasts about STEM topics, all written, edited, and produced by students.
We are always keen to welcome new GISTers - no experience is necessary to get started! Contributing to theGIST is a great way to get experience in writing, copy editing, magazine design, or multimedia production. Being a part of theGIST isn't just great fun, it also looks great on your CV. Several former GISTers have successful careers in science journalism and communication. Here are the various ways in which you can get involved with theGIST.
