MESSAGE FROM THE SOCIETY
The University of Strathclyde Nigeria Society (UoS NS) welcome all Nigerian students to the 'place of useful Learning'. Strathclyde is unique in its location (at the heart of Glasgow city) and status as one of the top 20 higher education institutions in the UK according to the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023, among other attributes. So congratulations on your choice of Strathclyde.
As a Nigerian here at Strathclyde, you have every reason to be proud of yourself as you are currently treading the path already trod by great Nigerian men and women. Among them was Dr Alex Ifeanyichukwu Ekwueme (first elected vice president of Nigeria).
The Nigerian Society whose purpose is to promote coherence among Nigerians had since been sustained through the efforts of the following persons (as Presidents) alongside their teams.
We welcome you to your society and urge you to make the most of your stay here while maximizing the opportunities available. Be part of our programs and play your part as good ambassadors and patriotic Nigerians.
We wish you all the best in your studies and future endeavors.
