Come and Try Session

Our first Come and Try session on Friday 5pm-7pm in TL565. We will run through some Calisthenics skills and work on flexibility with a moderate HIIT. Any level of fitness is welcome!

What's occurring?

Looking to boost your skills and fitness in a fun and supportive environment? Join the Calisthenics Society for our Come and Try session! This is the perfect opportunity to explore the world of calisthenics – a form of strength training that uses your own body weight for a full-body workout.

No matter your current fitness level, everyone is welcome! We'll start with a warm-up to get the body moving, followed by mobility exercises designed to enhance flexibility and prevent injury. Then, we’ll dive into some fitness training tailored for all abilities.

Whether you're a complete beginner or spend most days walking on your hands, come along and see what calisthenics can do for you. Meet new people, have a laugh, and discover what you can do!

If you cannot make this session we are running another Come and Try Session on Monday 23rd September 5pm-7pm in GH701. However, if you also cannot make that we welcome new members anytime!
