Hey everyone! I am Anshu Chauhan and I am excited to be running for the Faculty Rep role for Humanities and Social Sciences Postgraduate Taught students in this year's Autumn election.

I know what it feels like to juggle deadlines, navigate through university systems, and try to make the most out of this experience. I am running because I genuinely want to make our time here smoother and more enjoyable. Here is what I aim to do if you elect me:

1.Be your voice: If you have any concerns or ideas about improving our experience, I am here to listen and make sure your voice gets heard by the faculty.

2.Clear communication: I want to help improve how information is shared, so we all know what is happening in our courses, in the faculty, and across the university.

3.A stronger sense of community: We are all from different disciplines, but I believe we can create more opportunities to connect, support each other, and feel like we belong.

4.Focus on wellbeing: I know how stressful postgraduate life can be, so I will push for better mental health support and resources that help us succeed both academically and personally.

If you give me the chance, I will work hard to make sure we have the support and information we need to thrive. Let’s work together to make our experience here the best it can be!
