Hi, my name is Dimeji, and I am a Master's student studying Artificial Intelligence and Applications at the Faculty of Science. I have had a strong leadership experience in technical and executive positions throughout my undergraduate years and after.

I'm a go-getter who believes in excellence and building a strong social community. I want to bring this spirit to the Faculty Rep PGT office and ensure that all your views and collective interests are tabled at all committees and boards.

I intend to make the following impacts:

• Set up a welcoming committee for incoming PGT science students: I will partner with programme reps for all PGT science programmes to ensure newcomers are properly onboarded into their programmes.

• Curricula: I will ensure that all PGT Faculty of Science curricula reflect the current job market demands. I will work with the studies and career services board to ensure this.

• Improve employment prospects for PGT science students: I will partner with career services to ensure that PGT science students take advantage of the resources and opportunities available to secure their dream jobs.

• More funding: As postgraduate students, we need the latest tools, equipment, and resources for research, development, and learning to remain competitive with other schools. I will make a case for a stronger investment in the faculty with the university management.

I will be honoured to represent you at the highest levels and make a big positive change!!
