Inclusion for all
Hi all, I'm Summer, and I hope to be your next disabled students rep at the university of Strathclyde.
As a disabled stunents rep, I want to strive to make the university of Strathclyde the best it can be terms of inclusion for all. As a visually impaired person myself, I understand the challenges that disabled students face in their daily lives from accessing materials to finding their way around campus. My mission is to strive to make the university more accessible for all and provide a place where students can come, chat have a rant and feel like their voices have been heard and they are valued. I, as your next disabled rep will fight for you. Oo matter what the circumstances you can always count on me to sort it, day or night. I am here for you! As part of my role, I want to set up a safespace where people feel like they are being listened to, valued and respected. I am a good listener, an effective contributer and a great advicate for those who need it. And if you just want a chat, I'm here for that too!I am a reliable individual and will never let you down.
